"I just want to confirm that they have delivered our trailer today, and I'm extremely impressed.
I truly want to thank you for all of your help, guidance and assistance. As a woman I don't have a lot of technical knowledge and could have easily been taken for a ride. Not only did you guide me with the selection of the trailer, but you made excellent suggestions and you completely understood my need. The trailer is exactly what I wanted and according to my needs.
The quality and the design of the trailer is the best I've ever seen and makes it very easy to load the bikes or golf cart even for my 13 year old son without any assistance.
Thank you very much for your professional service, and your willingness to go the extra mile for me.
I would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in buying a trailer.

"My experience with Xrad Trailers has been nothing but brilliant! The simplicity of the trailer for loading and offloading of the MotoX bike, combined with it being lighter so it saves on fuel consumption is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lightweight space-saving trailer."

"Hello All at Xrad
I am the guy who drove from Durban to Arusha in Tanzania with the bike carrier. I promised you photos and a report.
I have not forgotten, but am really busy. I am just waiting for a few photos to be emailed to me and I will send them through to you guys. One crossing Kariba Dam into Zambia and another with some Maasai here in Arusha. We strengthened the bike carrier in JoBurg slightly to decrease whip and movement and also secured both ends to the spare wheel to further decrease movement. I will also send photos of any modifications we made. The good news is that the bike carrier made it in one piece, 5300km over some really crap roads in Zambia and Tanzania."
John Lloyd - Arusha, Tanzania (HR-M3 HitchRack)
"I have tried the Hitch this weekend and I am happy with it. Loading is easy, the tie downs are good quality and it is easy to tie the bike - even alone, with one hand. The whole package is well thought out.
The loaded unit is barely noticeable and stable when driving - even on dirt roads. Thank you for your personal service; coming to my place and setting up the unit - much appreciated."
Andi Berkemer - Randburg (HR-M3 HitchRack)
"I have been using it locally in Pretoria - to help me out with removing garden refuse and I can tell you that it can be quite handy with that too!!"
Monde Duma - Pretoria (HR-C2 HitchRack)
Chris Laas and his family made a trip up the west coast to South West Africa in December and completed a gruelling 6500KM trip. Travelling on rough and dusty roads for the better part of the trip was the order of the day. Armed with a Hitch Rack C2, packed with tents, gazebos, braais and other camping equipment they tackled the whoops and other obstacles with speed, due to the distances being travelled per day. The canvas bag was very impressive - over the distance travelled no dust managed to break the Velcro seal and settle on the contents. The Carrier itself took a beating from the stones and the cable anchors came loose, but otherwise held up very well.
Chris drives a new Isuzu Double Cab and he reiterated the importance of an accredited brand tow-bar.
